Horrible experience, stinking and very dirty linens, wash room's hand shower wasn't working, couldn't sleep due to continuous noise in the lobby area.

I have booked 2 superior delux room and i am surprised that they dont even provide complimentary water bottles. Aside to that, there is no hot water kettle with tea/coffee options. The rooms were also in bad condition, the door locks were not working. Its a worst experience.

Our stay was good and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will overall rate our stay is around 4. 5 our of 5. And will recommend this property to my friends and family for future stay. Thank you!

Best hotel near the railway station; staff were very polite and friendly, and rooms were properly clean. Rates are reasonable.

Staff behaviour is so unprofessional, even towel was not there in room and staff also denied to provide stating that they do not have towel as they have not received from laundry. Chair was shaking room was not clean, slipper was not there. Switch board were in bad position even overall as a guest environment was very bad. I would recommend to reader of the feedback, not to go ever to this hotel.

It was the worst travel-ling experience of my life. The bus had a very bad smell and the sheets and bedsheets were very dirty. When i asked to change, they asked me to spray perfume. There were neither blankets nor beater bottles. I had to take medicine after reaching home. It was a very bad experience.

It was worst experience. Staff behavior was very rude. They were checking my bags that whether i was taking outside food or not. Room was very dirty and it was a small room. Even if i had a word with them about early check in, they still make me wait for 1 hr at the reception. This was my worst experience. Ill never recommend anyone. They even asked me to cancel it and go n search a new hotel. They were very rude.
